Main accountabilities
Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects assigned
Coordinate, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for cases assigned by Service Desk
Perform general office, admin duties and miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Superior
Manage parts replacement
Analyze breaWfix issues and work with empathy and sense of urgency to deliver solutions to meet customer/partner needs.
Collaborate with internal teams in identifying product defects, designing solutions, and testing.
Ensure that a high level of customer service and support is provided to all internal and external customers
Work effectively with cross-functional teams
Other business assignments:
As assigned by HOD.

75% of independent decision can be made by this position * 25% of decision need to be rectified by direct Manager.

Medium level of innovation and initiative.

Communication and interaction with both internal & external stakeholder of NECoMAL.
Discussions with internal team on issues, provide quality inputs, propose constructive feedback and solicit collective agreement to address gaps or process improvement.
