- This is a 6 months contract under MySTEP Programme 2023, but convertible to permanent with Beam Mobility depending on performance.
- You will assist in identifying key operational metrics and manage daily operations effectively.
- Marshal and mechanic management.
- Ensuring vehicles on the ground are safe and well maintained.
- Actioning community and council feedback and complaints.
- Analyse operational data and make informed decisions based on market trends and analysis.
- Respond to customer and stakeholder feedback and take proactive steps to incorporate feedback into daily operations.
- Work with the Operations Manager to drive Beam\xe2\x80\x99s operations across multiple operational verticals, including charging infrastructure, fleet management, warehousing and supply chain management.
- Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
- Malaysian graduates who are unemployed for more than 3 months and have not attended similar graduate programmes (apprenticeship, protege and etc.)
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
- Experience with people management and training.
- Passion for solving problems and delivering a great customer experience.
- Highly analytical and creative problem solver, with a product driven mindset.
- Self starter - you\xe2\x80\x99ll get broad exposure to all aspects of the business and this is a great position to fast track your start-up career.
- Familiar with Office or Google Suite of applications (Excel/Sheets, Slides etc).
- Good to have but not required: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or GIS
