Beam is Asia Pacific\xe2\x80\x99s largest shared micromobility company, on a mission to turn little drives into better rides and make cities flow better for everyone.

Shared micromobility is one of the fastest-growing industries in the world, and we\xe2\x80\x99re leading the way in the Asia Pacific with operations in Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Thailand and Malaysia. In collaboration with cities, we bring a safe, affordable and sustainable new mode of transport to citizens with our fleets of self-driven small electric vehicles. Following our recent US $93M Series B round, we will be expanding our operations to Turkey, Japan and Indonesia.

• This is a 6 months contract under MySTEP Programme 2023, but convertible to permanent with Beam Mobility depending on performance.
• You will assist in HR employer branding, recruitment and employee engagement initiatives to execution.

• You will work with both, the marketing and HR team to achieve employer branding goals.
• You will assist in content creation, copywriting, communications and other creative productions.
• You will assist in connecting with internal employees and external partners (universities, government, vendors and etc.) to identify opportunities to increase our brand presence as a great place to work.
• You will assist in other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Requirements

• Malaysian graduates who are unemployed for more than 3 months and have not attended similar graduate programmes (apprenticeship, protege and etc.)
• Graduate in English / Communication / Language Studies / PR / Marketing / Psychology / Videography / Graphic Design but open for those who are passionate about people, writing and other creative productions (design, videography and content creation and etc.)
• Detail-oriented and always thinking out of the box.

• Great interpersonal skills.
