Job Description

Piloto Asia, a fast-growing regional consulting firm, provides clients with an integrated suite of Smart Business Solutions, namely Accounting, Tax & Finance, Incorporation & Corporate Secretarial, Corporate Bank Account Solutions, as well as Payroll & Immigration Services.

We are seeking a Partnership Manager to build and scale Piloto Asia's on-the-ground partner network across Southeast Asia and selected offshore markets. This role focuses on demand generation through strategic partnerships, particularly with accounting firms, law firms, and trust companies, serving high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients with cross-border needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new SEA partners, deepening relationships with existing suppliers, and converting referrals into executable business through Piloto Asia's Singapore-centric corporate and private banking platform.

This is a relationship-led, market-facing role requiring regular regional travel and strong cultural and language fluency.

About the Role

Strategic Partnerships Development & Network Building (60%)

: Your core responsibilities is to identify, onboard, and manage new strategic partners across Southeast Asia (e.g. Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam) and selected offshore markets. You are required to build long-term relationships with accounting and incorporation firms, law firms (particularly private client or private banking-focused practices) and trust and fiduciary service providers. You will need to develop tier-2 and referral-driven networks, including China-linked and overseas professional firms operating in SEA.
Quarterly travel within the region to do face to face nurturing meetings with partners are necessary and expected. Prior industry networks would be an added advantage, but it is not a must.

An active and outgoing personality is expected in maintaining existing partner relationships. You would be expected to bring in business leads via your partners and it is your KPI for the role.

Relationship Management & Deal Enablement (40%)

: You are required to manage an existing database of 55+ non-SG partners (spanning China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam) to reactivate dormant leads and deepen relationships with current suppliers and referral partners to ensure they send their deal flow to us exclusively. You are responsible to educate partners on our core sellable services such as Singapore Full Service including Incorporation, Corporate Secretarial, Corporate Accounting and Banking Solutions (Private Bank account opening + Premier banking access).

Core Requirements:

Your background:

Minimum 2+ years of relevant working experience in an Accounting firm, Corporate Services Provider, Law firm, or Corporate Secretarial (Co-Sec) role (Singapore knowledge not required), or in a Business Development / Sales role. Candidates should have hands-on experience dealing with clients, business stakeholders, or corporate customers, and be comfortable managing professional relationships in a B2B environment.

Your mentality

: You have a strong growth focus and a positive mentality, passionate in building good relationships with people. Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision. You are part of a small team and strong involvement is expected across functions.

Your qualification:

Proficient in spoken and written English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia / Indonesia will be an added advantage. High integrity in handling private and confidential information.
