Your Role

:
As a Dialysis Nurse, you'll provide exceptional nursing care to patients while supporting the Person-in-Charge in managing day-to-day operations at our dialysis center. Your role is vital in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our patients.

What You'll Do

:

Monitor and record patients' vital signs before, during, and after dialysis treatment. Respond promptly to medical emergencies or machine malfunctions and notify the PIC. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including care instructions and medical updates. Deliver nursing interventions aligned with the medical care plan and doctor's instructions. Uphold a high standard of nursing care, ensuring adherence to patient care policies and safety goals. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and provide outstanding patient care. Be proactive in passing over reports and meeting the Ministry of Health's standards.

What We're Looking For

:

Qualifications

: Diploma in Nursing/Medical Assistant.

Certifications

: Registered LJM Nurse with a valid Annual Practice Certificate & Post Basic Certification in Renal Nursing.

Skills

: Strong communication, consulting abilities, and fluency in Bahasa Malaysia & English.

Personal Traits

: Independent, proactive, and a team player.
