The Renewal Specialist is responsible for helping to reduce the supplier customer attrition rate and oversees processing all supplier customer cancellation requests as well as collecting outstanding debts from these supplier customers. The Renewal Specialist will proactively monitor accounts to ensure that existing clients continue to use Tungsten services.
