Job Description

: Project Planning and Coordination : to develop project plans, timelines, budget for renovation projects To coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify project requirements, goals and objectives Conduct site visits and assessment to gather necessary information for the renovation Construction Management : Oversee the renovation project from start to finish, ensuring compliance to project plans, timeline, safety standards and guidelines as well as quality standards Work closely with external parties such as contractors, architects, engineers, vendors to ensure smooth execution on the construction activities Monitor project progress, identify and address issues or delays, propose solutions to keep project on track, conduct regular inspections to ensure no blockage Vendor and Stakeholder Management : Coordinate and liaison with vendors, suppliers, contractors to ensure timey services provided Resolving any issues that arise during the renovation process with the external parties Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure deliverable are met Documentation and Reporting : Maintain and upkeep project documentation which includes plannings, reports, change request Prepare regular status updates and reports for stakeholders Requirements: A Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Quantity Surveyor, Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field 1-2 years\' experience handling projects in renovation, construction, or similar capacity Resourceful and possess the knowledge of construction process, materials, building regulations and codes Good task prioritization, timeline management, organization management Ability to communicate and interact effectively with diverse group of stakeholders Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship Proficiency in project management software and tools High adaptability to changes and work well in fast paced environment Travelling is required, ideally to have own transportation Working location: Southern (Senai), Northern (Butterworth)
