• Proven experience in performing level 1 and level 2 repairs on electronic devices, including smartphones, laptops, and tablets.
• Strong ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues effectively.
• Proficiency in replacing components such as screens, batteries, motherboards, and other device parts.
• Ability to conduct thorough testing of repaired devices to ensure proper functionality and performance.
• Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records of repairs, including parts used and work performed.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to address inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest technology trends and repair techniques.
• Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues in troubleshooting complex issues and sharing best practices.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures regarding repair processes and quality standards.
• Ability to keep the work area clean and organized for a safe and efficient repair environment.
