Number7681SharemoreThis role supports the PBCA production lines & focuses on repair & rework process, and ensures adherence to the quality standards.Your tasks

  • Perform manual PCB assembly
  • Hand soldering of SMD component
  • Assemble THT components for wave soldering
  • Inspection of PCBAs with optical inspection systems
  • Documentation of the inspection results
  • Reworking of PCBAs and components

  • Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering
  • IPC Certification Class II or higher (Certified IPC7711/7721)
  • Experience in PCB assembly and hand soldering
  • Proficiency in BGA rework station, soldering iron, hot-air machine and microscope
  • Ability to interpret of technical drawing, assembly drawing
  • High quality awareness and willingness to take responsibility
  • Good communication skills
