Repayment Administrator would be responsible to perform a daily task related to Collection Department within FS. The role will be assisting Collection Team on matters related to repayment distributions, reconciliation of Financing Notes and bank accounts, issuance of repayment reminder, negotiation of payments, direct debit set up, preparing finance agreement, preparing statement of accounts & settlement statement, transfer instruction to trustees, robot recording analysis, preparing monthly reports among others.

To ensure success as a Repayment Administrator, you should have excellent communication, negotiation, mathematical & analytical skills, as well as being detail oriented.

What will you do:
  • Perform a daily bank reconciliation.
  • Handle all pairing & payment distribution.
  • Attending all incoming repayment email, to accommodate all requests raised by all stakeholders which including clients and customers.
  • Handle all repayment matter such as repayment reminder, cheque arrangement & direct debit set up, preparing finance agreement, preparing statement of accounts, calculation working, Transfer instruction to trustees, robot recording analysis, preparing monthly reporting.
  • Handle special & ad hoc projects as assigned and Identify opportunities for improvement to processes, procedures or tools.
  • Support team members according to back up plan and on ad hoc basis if required.
  • Ensure standard work documents are constantly up to date.
  • Job function listed is not exhaustive and can include other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements

  • Being detail oriented.
  • Experience in working under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Basic accounting & finance knowledge
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Good communications and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Highly committed to work and strong team player.
  • Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence.
  • Diploma/bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accounting, banking, finance, business management, or a similar field
  • Strong personal characteristics will be an added advantage
