A DAY IN A LIFE

The Loan Administrator, working on the borrower\'s side, plays a pivotal role in ensuring the fulfillment of all conditions precedent and requirements associated with a loan, including the proper administration of loan-related activities and timely repayments to the lending institution. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong financial management skills, and adherence to both internal and external regulatory guidelines.

Condition Precedent Fulfillment:

• Review and understand all conditions precedent stipulated in the loan agreement.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive checklist of requirements and deadlines to meet these conditions.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare, organize, and maintain all necessary loan documents.
• Submit regular financial reports and documentation to the lending institution as per the loan agreement.

Compliance and Regulation:

• Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and ensure all activities conform to applicable laws.
• Implement and monitor internal policies to ensure compliance with loan covenants.

Loan Repayment Management:

• Monitor the repayment schedule and ensure timely payments to the lending institution.
• Coordinate with internal financial teams to manage cash flows for loan repayments.

Record-Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and organized records of all loan-related activities, payments, and communications.
• Provide documentation and information promptly in response to requests from the lending institution.

Communication with Lender:

• Act as the primary point of contact for communication with the lending institution.
• Notify the lender of any material changes or issues related to the loan.

Disbursement Requests:

• Prepare and submit disbursement requests for the release of loan funds according to the terms of the agreement.

Loan Compliance Monitoring:

• Monitor and ensure adherence to all covenants and obligations specified in the loan agreement.
• Address any breaches or potential issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in finance, banking or equivalent.
• Proven experience specializing in corporate banking or equivalent
• Knowledge and/or experience in logistics and e-commerce is an advantage.
• 5 years or more experience
• Strong communication skills in the English language
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and initiate things.
