As a
Reporting Analyst
, you'll analyze data, automate reporting, and create impactful dashboards using tools like Power BI and SQL. If you're a data-driven problem-solver with strong communication skills and a passion for transforming insights into action, this role is perfect for you!Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver performance-driven reports. Consolidate and prepare regular service level performance reports. Monitor operational efficiency and results. Identify issues and recommend corrective actions. Enhance reports, dashboards, and analysis for management. Collaborate with stakeholders to extract strategic insights.
Key Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in performance reporting or similar roles. Strong Excel and reporting skills. Process-oriented with a strategic mindset. Experience in financial services, banking, or tech operations. Analytical skills with the ability to spot issues and provide solutions. This opportunity is available to individuals authorized to work in Malaysia.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM60,000.00 - RM84,000.00 per year
