If you are a highly skilled Reporting Analyst who has a creative mind and passionate about delivering, then get ready to join our company! Day-to-Day Responsibilities Prepare timely and accurate Budgeting and Forecast Consolidation reports and uploading the same in the Hyperion Tool with 100% accuracy. Responsible for Timely and accurate updation of the monthly financials, Budget and Forecast in the various management tools(Clarity/IRIS/Alea) for 7 countries. Prepare Monthly Deck for presenting the results to the management comparing with various scenarios like Budget, Forecast and Last year. Provide analysis to APAC CFO for presentations to group management and APAC key stakeholders. Preparation of weekly overdue report and alert management by providing Top 20 overdue customers to focus on cash collections and to meet the collection target. Development of reliable dashboard for complete sets of KPIs. Preparing weekly and monthly cash flow statement. Addressing the queries raised by group related to monthly and budget numbers uploaded in Hyperion tool. Co-ordinate with all onshore finance people and address the queries/requests and align numbers with the management target. Responsible for all intercompany related accruals and invoices within APAC. Provide adequate support for all the adhoc reports and complete all the requests within the deadline. What We Are Looking For We look for big thinkers. In practice this means: Good knowledge in MS- Excel and in Hyperion tools. Capable to handle several reporting systems and is comfortable to work with reporting cubes. Good interpersonal skills to deal with all levels of people within APAC. English is mandatory / Chinese as an added advantage.
