Work Location: Cyberjaya Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm Contract Duration: 12 months Offered Salary: Up to RM 4,000 (depends on experience) Language Allowances: RM 500

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage monthly and quarterly reporting activities, including performing financial analysis and delivering insights from both group and legal entity perspectives. Facilitate and support business decision-making by providing guidance on complex accounting treatments and ensuring effective execution of financial controls in alignment with financial reporting governance. Act as the primary point of escalation for financial reporting matters, ensuring timely resolution or escalation of issues as appropriate. Support local statutory reporting processes and ensure timely completion of audit requirements in coordination with external auditors. Collaborate closely with internal (FO, non-FO, and business) and external stakeholders to build comprehensive financial understanding, deliver actionable business insights, and ensure data integrity and reliability. Ensure full compliance with group and global accounting policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of operational excellence through effective teamwork and collaboration. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and demonstrate a proactive, growth-oriented mindset to enhance process efficiency and reporting quality. Maintain and operate a robust financial control framework to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective risk management. Lead and manage business and reporting change projects, ensuring timely delivery and providing opportunities to strengthen project and change management capabilities.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) preferred. Minimum of

2-4 years

of relevant experience in financial reporting, accounting, or finance-related roles. Strong understanding of

IFRS / local GAAP

, financial reporting standards, and consolidation principles. Proven experience in

financial analysis, control frameworks, and statutory reporting

. Solid knowledge of

SAP / Oracle / similar ERP systems

and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to convey financial information clearly and effectively. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with high attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team-oriented environment. A continuous improvement mindset, with a track record of driving process optimization and operational excellence.
