As we are rapidly expanding our operations including manufacturing, marketing and distribution in the APAC and other regions. We are hiring talents in various functions to support our continuous growth. Job Responsibilities: Research, formulate and develop personal care (skin, hair, bodycare etc) prototypes with a focus on natural-based ingredients Liaise with sales & marketing team to develop new products for customers Liaise with ingredient supplier and keep updated on new ingredients and product concepts in the market Develop and maintain product manufacturing procedures, material advise list, specifications and other related documents Provide technical assistance to customers on any feedback/complaints and provide post launch support Responsible for product stability testing, product budget, continuous product/process improvement and innovation Work with manufacturing team on pilot batch, trouble-shooting, scale-up processes and any product formulation issues Maintain good document control for formulation and other technical information Provide technical support to production whenever there is bulk deviation, and advise the team accordingly on action points with management approval Ensure daily R&D lab activities are done in a proper manner and samples are submitted on time Constantly updating and share technical information and any updates to raw material specification to the technical team Review, maintain and update SOP and lab equipment for R&D department. Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Science or higher; ideally chemistry background or related Successful and progressive research and product development experience in cosmetics, personal care, toiletries, industry Food, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical industry experience and related may also be relevant Familiarity with aseptic processing will be an asset Ability to work independently and exercise creativity Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and leadership skills
