Job Details Role Description You will suit this role if you have a passion for learning and developing knowledge and skills across a range of innovation and commerce solutions, both strategic and tactical. Having existing experience in innovation or commerce is beneficial but not a prerequisite for success in applying for the role. We're looking for someone who is passionate about developing their skills and quantitative research experience, has strong attention to detail and can work independently, managing their own time, and taking ownership of managing internal and external stakeholders, with guidance from their seniors and mentors. You will suit this role if you have strong communication skills, pay attention to detail, and like to take ownership and accountability. Role Responsibilities Proactively support team members throughout the entire end to end research process Develop client relationships and proactively look for revenue growth opportunities across domains Proactively look for opportunities to drive on the job learning and skills development, in addition to managing the self-learning process Take ownership and accountability on all assigned tasks and responsibilities Help to prioritize tasks efficiently across the team to deliver against project timelines and client needs Ownership of the costing and proposal writing process across both domains, with guidance Develop internal and external stakeholder relationships to help drive successful partnerships and projects Drive positive team culture, support other team members when under pressure, and act as a leader to junior staff Role Requirements Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline with at least 1-2 years of experience in a market research industry Experience in innovation and commerce domains will be advantageous, but not a pre-requisite. Analytical abilities to answer client questions by interrogating data sources Ability to apply critical thinking to problem-solving. Taking ownership and accountability for assigned tasks. Strong attention to detail, ability to manage own time, handle multiple tasks simultaneously Open and honest communication.
