Able to conduct or handling research equipment related to Agri-Science Technology
Build business cases for implementing new technologies in partnership with other enterprises.
Develop and execute innovation and research roadmaps.
Develop business cases for implementing new technologies.
Drive improvements in the conceptualization of ideas to attract new markets.
Drive technical innovations to improve products, processes or packaging.
Evaluate benefits, trade-offs and impact of new technologies.
Evaluate outcomes if new products and processes to deliver improved business results.
Formulate innovation initiatives aligned to the organization\'s vision, mission and values.
Innovate organizational quality policies, agricultural safety and regulatory requirements and manufacturing of new products.
Lead innovation in new technologies for product innovation and production processes
Oversee modelling and implementation of manufacturing processes for new products.
Set direction for enhancing business competitiveness in the development of new products.
