SUMMARY: Assisting and advising the Assistant General Manager (Reforestation) on site and soil classification for forestry soils.Job Requirements:

Degree in Geology / Soil science
Possess fieldwork experience, data analysis skills and attention to detail
Knowledge and experience in forestry practices and principles will be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate and interpret soils and soil-related data.
Perform extensive research on soil morphology and soil forming factors, soil chemistry, soil physics, and soil biology.
Coordinate research programs and conduct site classification studies to determine the best site / species matching for fast-growing plantation species.
Write reports on findings and recommendations to the management
