Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • To answer phones and respond to reservation enquiries from guests, travel agents, online booking sites,and other channels.
  • To assist the daily operation as required.
  • To carry out any other duties when directed by the Reservations Manager, Assistant Reservations Manager or Reservations Supervisor.
  • To do follow-ups relating to reservation discrepancies, short-stays when required by fronk desk associate.
  • To be knowledgeable at hotel contract rates.
  • Check Trace report and follow up on outstanding matters with regards to room reservation.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency with hotel reservation management software and MS Office.
  • Ability to problem-solve issues quickly and offer solutions to guests.
  • Availability to work a variable schedule.
  • strong customer service orientation with ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills.
