a) To maximize the room occupancy/room rate and RevPAR at all times, implementing an effective rate structure and maintaining rooms availability on all Online Travel Agents subscribe by the hotel
b) To have accurate and complete guests' assistance information available regarding events taking place in town, restaurants, athletic events & etc. At the same time taking note on the events in the hotel.
c) To monitor daily, produce and distribute reports on a daily, weekly and monthly period basis for tracking booking pick up, rate variance, no show and all related to reservation report to the management.
d) To ensure all staffs are efficient and diligent in replying guests' reservation as per SOP's set for the company and no back logged correspondence are carry forward to the future unless advise by the management.
e) To ensure reservations team perform the 3 main tasks daily with high accuracy without fail. First : To check and updating on all new and upcoming arrival booking. Second: To charge and post of prepayment according to the reservation Third : To ensure all booking docket / document / confirmation are email to the guest or sales department accurately especially corporate and group booking.
f) To follow all Hotel SOP, policies and procedure for reservations
