Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on ICT hardware supporting radiology operations. Install, assemble, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, workstations, laptops, printers, scanners, and related peripherals. Diagnose and repair hardware faults, including component replacement and upgrades (RAM, HDD, SSD, motherboard, etc.). Install and update operating systems, drivers, firmware, and system software as required. Troubleshoot basic network connectivity and peripheral issues related to hardware. Coordinate hardware repair, replacement, upgrades, and warranty claims with vendors and suppliers. Ensure system uptime and hardware availability in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA). Maintain service logs, preventive maintenance records, and incident reports. Support system installation, testing, commissioning, and acceptance activities. Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are followed prior to hardware servicing. Provide on-call or standby support as required by hospital operations.
Requirement

This vacancy is open to Malaysian ONLY Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in IT/Computer Science/Information System or equivalent Basic knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and networking basics Experience in hospital or healthcare ICT environment is an advantage Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply 1 or 2 years of relevant working experience is an added advantage Must be able to work at Kuantan, Pahang Able to work collaboratively and independently on assigned duties Able to multi task and prioritize assignments Able to problem solve and think creatively Male is preferred
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
