Job Description
Troubleshooting and configuration of customer issues at customer sites
Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
Prepare installation/service report as required by Project Manager
Prepare network design
Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with distributor/principal to implement those fixes
Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
Write and maintain configurations/report to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
To assist IT Officer to provide 1st level support
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Prepare installation or service reports
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
