: - To be the tech hero onsite at the customer\'s office - Providing level 1 support and troubleshooting with a smile - Ensuring maximum service availability and performance - Communicating with customers like a pro while investigating and resolving problems - Saving the day by assisting and troubleshooting customers\' IT issues - Keeping all documentation up-to-date and organized like a boss - Coordinating and supervising vendor activity like a pro - Preparing technical documents with ease (ATP, RCA, RFO, MOP, HLD, LLD, etc.) - Installing, configuring, testing, and commissioning network devices with speed and precision - Escalating and working closely with 2nd level engineers to solve even the toughest problems! Qualification: - Have a diploma/degree in a related field (Woohoo, education!) - LAN architecture? No problem! We got this covered like a pro! - We\'ve configured network devices, including Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Access Points, and Wireless Controllers like they\'re our BFFs! - WAN, IP, Wi-Fi, Cables, Patch Cord, VoIP? Yep, we know all of them! - Linux, Servers, Network Security, BGP Routing? We\'re familiar with them too and ready to level up! - We\'re always ready for action, even on weekends, public holidays, and after office hours! Let\'s troubleshoot some tech problems together!
