Job Description

Key responsibilities include the following:

• Represent Lear Malaysia at Customer location.
• In charge of coordinating, managing, and resolving on all issues related to Product Quality matters
• Built up Good Relationship with Customer and ensure customer expectations are full fill timely.
• Responsible for ensuring customer PR deadline and actions required for closure being execute timely and effectively.
• Responsible for escalation to the immediate superior, if actions committed related to customer complaint are not execute and implemented timely by Plant CFT.
• Proactively initiate and coordinate on seat replacement in event of any potential quality Issues and line disruption at Customer Location/ Assembly line.
• Conduct analysis and proactive actions on day-to-day rework / containment activity performance.
• Coordinate and execute the Containment activity timely at customer location
• Monitoring of Resident Quality & Customer Quality feedback through proper statistical tool, these include customer vehicle audit results, daily repair and rework activity.

Qualification/ Requirement:

• Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Metallurgical Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years\' experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in automotive component machining and/or assembly process quality control.
• Knowledgeable in quality standards (IATF16949 & ISO9001)
• Minimum 3 years working knowledge and experience in advanced quality planning activities and using various quality tools i.e. APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Problem Analysis tools, etc.
• Must have strong problem-solving skills, analytical skills and decision-making skills and report writing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player, with strong written and oral communication skills and able to work independently.
