DESIGNATION : Residential Care Associate
RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily Duties and Tasks are as follows :
Mealtime and Kitchen Duties
Serve breakfast, clean personal crockery (Dining Mugs, etc)
Serve lunch to residents, wash dishes, etc.
Serve afternoon tea.Clean personal crockery (Dining Mugs, etc)
Serve dinner and wash dishes,etc.
Hygiene and Health of Residents
Assist residents bathe. After Bathe time, wash bathrooms.
Cut residents toe and finger nails (once a month)
Assist residents to go to dining area for breakfast.
Assist residents to return to their rooms for a nap after lunch.
Assist in Exercise.
Cleaning
Tidy up the beds,sweep,mop.Wash outside drains, clean gate bar along the Verandah, wipe Front Gate at the sitting rooms,clean marks off all walls, etc.
Maintain the general cleanliness of the Home (Dust,Clean Lights, Wheelchairs,etc.)
Collect clothes from laundry - fold all the clothes,store neatly in the cupboards.
Change bed sheets ( Weekly - every 1 & 15 of the month)
Scrub & Wash all room (Monthly)
Clean all Verandah areas,fans and windows (Tuesday & Friday)
Undertake any other assignments as directed by the Superintendent.
