We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our P&OP team as a
Resource & Finance Support
staff on a 1-year extendable contract. This position is ideal for candidates who are beginning their careers in
Finance
,
Accounting
,
HR Operations
, or
Business Administration
and are eager to gain hands-on experience with enterprise-level systems.
Key Responsibilities
Support financial operations and administrative processes within the P&OP team
Assist in managing financial accounts and data entry tasks
Handle documentation, reporting, and system updates
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth process flow
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of financial and HR information
Provide support for ad-hoc finance/HR tasks as needed
Requirements
Less than 3 years
of working experience
Exposure to
financial systems
or basic finance/accounting tasks
Experience with
accounting systems
such as
SAP
Experience with
HR systems
such as
Workday
is also acceptable
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Good communication and organizational skills
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
