\xe3\x83\xbbForecast and calculate company revenue and profit based on the job order.
\xe3\x83\xbbNegotiation with the client (mainly the parent studio) and drafting of documents related to budget (cost estimation), work content, work period, etc., consequent upon receipt of project orders.
\xe3\x83\xbbChecking monthly man-day consumption and cost, etc., and checking the content of invoices.
\xe3\x83\xbbInternal staff allocation for purposes of operation management.
\xe3\x83\xbbInternal resource management for purposes of recruiting.
\xe3\x83\xbbFormulate personnel plans with each production group.
Salary 4000~7000 (RM)
Location Selangor
Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93At least 3 years of experience in Production Management or Resource Management in the digital animation industry.
\xe2\x9c\x93A high level of communication skill and ability to adapt to circumstances.
\xe2\x9c\x93Ability to function proactively.
\xe2\x9c\x93Analytic thinking and risk management skills.
\xe2\x9c\x93Leadership skill.
\xe2\x9c\x93Experience with MS Office
\xe2\x9c\x93Must able to speak and write in Japanese
