- Has good knowledge about Seafood
- Has good knowledge about kitchen operation

- Open minded and able to accept second opinion
- Positive attitude and able to take up challenging tasks
- Know how to take care of one health
- Manage the whole service crew
- Constantly improve our service standards
- Attend to customer requests and inqueries
- Monitor sales and produce analysis report
- Conduct daily briefing and feedback to superior
