Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day restaurant and bar operations
Lead and train service, bar, and kitchen staff
Ensure high standards of food, drinks, and guest service
Handle inventory, stock orders, and supplier coordination
Monitor costs and drive sales performance
Oversee scheduling, staff discipline, and daily reporting
Work with marketing on events and promotions
Requirements:
3+ years in F&B management (restaurant & bar)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Solid knowledge of food, drinks, and service standards
Experience managing costs, teams, and guest satisfaction
Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
