Handle minor customer complaints politely.
2. Food & Beverage Preparation
Assist in preparing basic food items according to SOP.
Prepare hot and cold drinks based on customer orders.
Maintain cleanliness in the food preparation area.
3. Delivering Orders to Tables
Serve food and drinks to customers.
Ensure all orders are delivered correctly and promptly.
Provide customers with additional items (spoons, tissues, sauces, water).
4. Cleanliness & Housekeeping
Clear and clean tables after customers finish eating.
Maintain cleanliness of the floor, sink, counter, and common areas.
Bring dirty plates and trays to the washing area.
Based in: Kuantan (China Town)
