Requirements

• The candidate must have at least a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), diploma, or an equivalent degree.
• Previous experience in customer service or food service is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
• Friendly, approachable, and able to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Clear verbal communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a cash register.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet newly arrived customers and escort them to their dining tables.
• Be able to memorize the menu well and recommend special items to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Wear clean attire according to the set dress code.
• Repeat customers' orders after noting them down.
• Handle any customer feedback or complaints calmly and professionally.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation of food items.
• Thank customers before they leave the premises.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, dining area, kitchen, kitchen equipment, and storeroom facilities throughout the shift.
• Maintain the company's reputation and image.
• Establish effective communication and teamwork with other staff members.
• Follow instructions from supervisors effectively.
