Job Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Present menus and explain food and beverage options Take accurate orders and communicate with the kitchen team Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently Ensure tables are clean, set, and ready for guests Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service issues Process payments accurately Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the dining area
Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred (but not mandatory) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays Basic English proficiency (additional languages are a plus)
