1. Under the leadership of the Store Manager, conscientiously implement their work instructions, be fully responsible for the daily management of the front office, and assist the Store Manager in achieving operational management goals.
2. Lead by example and strictly adhere to all store management regulations; during working hours, you must provide on-site supervision and proactively communicate with customers.
3. Responsible for the work allocation, shift scheduling, and assessment of waiters, cashiers, greeters, and cleaners.
4. Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to check employee attendance and appearance, summarize front-of-house work, and issue work instructions.
5. Strengthen on-site supervision and promptly handle customer complaints and emergencies.
6. Strengthen property management, maintain abreast of the status of front-of-house facilities, equipment, utensils, and consumables, and promptly maintain, service, and restock them.
