Planning and updating the menu, managing food quality and prices.
Marketing:
Promoting the restaurant to attract more customers.
Safety:
Following health and safety regulations, keeping the place clean.
Suppliers:
Dealing with suppliers for getting necessary items on time.
Sales Targets:
Setting and achieving goals to increase revenue.
Community:
Engaging with the local community and being involved in events.
Technology:
Using technology for tasks like orders, reservations, and improving efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, culinary arts or relevant field.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of restaurant management administration
Good understanding of MS Office and restaurant software programs.
Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
