Responsibilities
Ensure the smooth functioning of the restaurant, including managing staff, handling customer service, and monitoring overall performance.
Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of professionalism.
Monitor and control restaurant expenses, revenue, and profitability, including budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting.
Collaborate with the chef to design and update the menu, oversee inventory control, and ensure the availability of necessary supplies and ingredients.
Implement and maintain strict health and safety standards, ensuring the restaurant meets all regulatory requirements and follows best practices.
