Description:You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International\'s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Restaurant Manager is responsible to assist the F&B Manager in managing the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the outlet\xe2\x80\x99s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet. The role is to generate revenue and profit for the restaurant through increasing customers via marketing, activities and promotions. The position leads the service associates to ensure restaurant service is consistent with the Hyatt brand which will in turn drive preference. As a leader you will show initiative and the ability to execute ideas and actions.
