Job Description
Job Responsibility Set operational goals for the designated region. Direct the development and implementation of a strategic plan to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) established by management, including cost control within budgetary constraints. Oversee and evaluate the performance of all branches and couriers to uphold service standards in the assigned region. Prepare performance reports and identify challenges within the designated area. Analyze data in collaboration with relevant departments and supervisors to devise effective solutions. Stay updated on the latest industry knowledge and technologies to enhance operational efficiency. Undertake additional tasks and projects as delegated by management. Job Requirements Fluency in Mandarin is essential. Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of experience through their personal achievements.
