Job Description


Job Responsibility To ensure the smooth operation of Management Office, management and maintenance of the building and common property in accordance with policies, procedures and standing orders set by the Company. To attend monthly meetings or any special meetings of management committee. To liaise with and update the Committee Members on relevant progress of any issues related to the building. To lead and monitor the performance of administrative team and maintenance team. To attend any complaints made by the management committee / owners / tenants. Other ad hoc duties / tasks / projects as assigned by the Company. Travelling Support to Sites When is necessary Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree. Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin. Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges. Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions. Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas. Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
