Responsibilities
Overseeing the overall management of the dining establishment, strictly adhering to food safety protocols and industry regulations.
Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the restaurant operations
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Maintaining safety and food quality standards
Organize and supervise shifts
Manage restaurant\'s good image and suggest ways to improve IT
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
Ensuring all end of day cash outs are correctly completed
Creating promotional strategies to achieve the store\'s revenue and profit targets, ensuring steady sales growth.
Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
Make sure company regulation in the well keep-running, strict compliance in company standard in hygiene and safety regulations.
Provide leadership guidance, well-communication in coaching and counselling to the duty-in-work team partners.
