Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Direct and manage the restaurant team to achieve and surpass operational and financial objectives. Inspire team members to consistently deliver excellent service and positive guest interactions. Plan and coordinate staff schedules to ensure smooth operations during all shifts. Monitor and improve daily workflows to enhance efficiency and overall performance. Maintain company standards in food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. Support brand-building efforts, community engagement, and environmentally responsible practices.

Qualifications



Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in the F&B industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity. Strong passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and solving problems effectively. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,700.00 per month

Work Location: In person
