• Minimum Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree in Hotel Management, Business Study, or equivalents
• 3-4 years of relevant working experience in food & beverage industry
• Excellent proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
• Good People management skill, communication skill, and leadership skill
• Possess strong sense of responsibility, commitment, accountability, integrity, and results oriented
• Positive working attitude, good in analytical and problem-solving skills

Tanggungjawab

• To responsible for the daily operations of restaurant
• Enforce standards and manage restaurant operating costs and profitability
• Evaluate guest satisfaction and ensure continuous improvement of customers\' loyalty.
• Review service processes and provide recommendations for service enhancement
• To ensure compliance of SOPs, regulations, implementation of policies and guidelines in the restaurant
• Manage quality control activities, cleanliness and value in line with Company\'s standards and procedures
• Plan, review and execute inventory management, control and to make purchases and stocks based on sales volume
• Plan and manage staff scheduling to maximize efficiencies
• Support recruitment effort for restaurant staffs
• Plan, organize and execute training system for staff
• To handle customer\'s complaints and to investigate the causes and reasons for complaints
