Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our fast food outlet. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the outlet, including but not limited to customer service, team management, inventory control, and financial performance.Current location: Subang Jaya, Setapak, Kepong, Taman Sri Muda Shah Alam, Bandar Baru Sungai Buloh.ResponsibilitiesPrincipal Accountabilities:Sales and Financial Management:

• Monitor daily sales performance and strive to achieve sales targets.
• Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to optimize revenue.
• Control costs of goods sold (COGS) by managing inventory levels, pricing strategies, and waste reduction initiatives.

KPI Monitoring:

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales per labor hour, average transaction value, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Use KPI data to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to enhance store performance.

Inventory and Stock Control:

• Manage stock levels and conduct regular stock checks to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Optimize stock rotation and minimize waste through efficient inventory management practices.

Waste Management:

• Monitor food waste levels and implement strategies to reduce waste, such as portion control measures and inventory rotation.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to minimize food spoilage and ensure freshness.

Manpower Management:

• Supervise and allocate tasks to team members to ensure smooth operations and optimal customer service.
• Schedule shifts and manage staffing levels based on business demand and labor budgets.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to maintain a high-performing team.
