We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of service, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.
This role requires strong leadership abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering excellent dining experiences.
ResponsibilitiesOperational Management:
Oversee all aspects of the restaurant\'s daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with government health and safety regulations.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer service.
Monitor and maintain quality standards for food preparation, presentation, and service.
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and customer flow to optimize restaurant capacity and enhance the overall dining experience.
Staff Management:
Train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, kitchen staff.
Schedule and assign tasks to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient operations.
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to motivate and develop the team.
Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
Customer Service:
Ensure exceptional customer service by consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner, striving to resolve issues to the customer\'s satisfaction.
Develop and maintain relationships with regular customers, actively seeking ways to enhance their dining experiences.
Financial Management:
Monitor and control operational costs, including labor, inventory, and expenses, to maximize profitability.
Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve revenue and reduce costs.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasting sales, expenses, and revenue targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and initiatives to increase customer traffic and sales.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and adherence to food handling guidelines.
Train staff on proper safety protocols and procedures.
