Job Description

Job Responsibility Responsible for the overall operations, performance and profitability of the Company. Ensure the company\'s effective functioning and performance. Formulate and implement strategies and action plans to achieve the Company s goals and objectives in line with its business plan/budget. Implement corporate policies as established by the Company and ensure that such policies and procedures are strictly adhered to in all departments. Prepare and conduct presentations to and negotiations with prospective clients to achieve growth objectives. Liaise regularly with customers/consultants to ensure their expectations and requirements are met as per tender contracts. Also to ensure timely certification and collection from customers as per contract terms. Liaise regularly with major suppliers to ensure their continuous support in order for the Company to provide effective and efficient services to its customers. Ensure efficient and effective marketing, advertising, and promotional planning, conduct competitor and market analysis. Develop relationships within the industry and market. Train and motivate all employees for them to improve their technical knowledge and enhance their performances. Perform any other functions as may be assigned by the Management from time to time. Increased level of customer base and awareness of our client s business. Any other responsibilities relevant to the above and any other duties as may be instructed by the management from time to time. Job Requirements Must have landscape project background Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a senior management position. Excellent communication skills, good business acumen and strong leadership qualities.
