  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant and bar operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff, including servers, bartenders, cooks, and support staff
  • Develop and implement staff training programs on customer service, safe food handling, and responsible alcohol service
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and manage supplier relations
  • Monitor and report financial metrics, including revenue, expenses, and profitability
  • Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure the consistent quality and presentation of food and beverages
  • Implement and manage marketing campaigns to attract a diverse customer base
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including liquor license requirements
  • Handle customer complaints and queries with professionalism and diplomacy
  • Foster a vibrant, inviting atmosphere, especially during live sports events, holidays, and peak business hours.
Job requirment:
  • Education Requirements; Degree or Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 3 years experiences in F&B management role
  • Priority for relevant work experiences in similar capacity in QSR environment
  • Good technical or SOP knowledge
  • Proven of upholding operations and company standards
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for fostering a positive team environment, result oriented, a problem solver
  • Responsible and maintain positive attitude with a high level of energy at all times
