Prepare reports at end of shift/week/month including staff control, food control and sales
Ability to lead, train, motivate and manage a restaurant team to deliver the best possible service
Ability to plan restaurant manpower needs and staff development
Check and follow up on customer complaints
Perform weekly/monthly food and beverage inventory counts and costing
Responsible for directing, coordinating and supervising all food service activities to ensure all guests are served as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Assist Human Resources Manager in recruiting and screening employees.
Guide new employees to understand all regulations and other relevant information of the department to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
Check that our service standard image corresponds to the actual service provided.
Ensure the quality and quantity of all products from suppliers are checked and followed up by staff.
Perform other tasks assigned by the management
