Responsibilities



To ensure that day-to-day operations are carried out smoothly in accordance with Company's pre-set procedures and workflows. To assist in review, streamline and improve operations processes / workflows in order to optimise productivity level. To improvise and improve outlets performance in terms of profitability, sales revenue, customers' awareness and cost control. Managing all stock inventories. (Receiving and ordering) Practice First In First Out policy. Ensure that the preparation of the food is adhered to high standards of hygiene and quality Ensure that the kitchen equipment are well maintained and ingredients are well-stocked Ensure good stock and waste control is practiced Ensure that the highest standard of food and personal hygiene quality and cleanliness is maintained in the outlet. Responsible in assisting service operations to deliver products effectively within waiting time as per SOP. To ensure kitchen layout is conducive, safe and comfortable cooking ambiance. To ensure cleanliness and tidiness of workstation (dry and safe), locker room and kitchen. Ensure all the equipments are used for its intended purpose, following standard operating procedures and to prevent and eliminate waste of expendable supplies, which contribute to the overall food cost. To make every attempt to prevent loss or damage for any reason, of outlet's/Company's property. To work closely with the Kitchen & Service team Oversees all staff discipline, punctuality, making sure that they wear the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, according to the staff personal grooming standards. Ensure preventive maintenance and care of equipment. Any other related task as assigned from the Superior / Management

Requirements



Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.

Expertise in Japanese restaurant culinary R&D and operational experience, with a background in sushi or izakaya-style dining. Able to effectively manage both kitchen and R&D processes

. Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English Able to commit to rotating shifts including weekends/public holidays (6-day roster) Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills Warm and cheerful personality; energetic and highly motivated
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
