Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, including experience managing multiple locations
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and customer service best practices

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profit targets for the restaurant
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and health and safety regulations
Develop and implement employee training programs to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
Recruit, train, and manage restaurant managers and other staff members,ensure that training sessions are planned, carried out and recorded
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement
Conduct regular inspections to ensure that restaurant meets company standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and other business partners
Connect with guests by engaging them through meaningful interaction, resulting in positive and long-lasting guest relations.
Communicate with colleagues through body language and voice while always maintaining a calm and gracious tone.
Ensure the daily operation run smoothly, the service flow as seamless as possible and that team members are aware of their role and responsibilities in order to do so.
Manage employee satisfaction and are responsible for the team. This includes assuring that colleagues do not work unnecessary over time, have their daily lunch or dinner break and work reasonable shifts.
Responsible to connect all colleagues in order to build the whole team together and work collaboratively
Maintain all equipment and furniture are in pristine condition and do the defect list accordingly
Supervise shift for opening, closing and cash flow recording through the Point of Sale, this includes reviewing POS\'s daily sales reports and cash collection at the end of the day
Availability of menu items, preparation time and guest\'s dietary restrictions
