Restaurant Outlet Manager @ Kuantan
Job Description
Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness.
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain an efficient and motivated team.
Monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure adequate supply of ingredients and other essentials.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints promptly.
Track sales performance, analyze data, and suggest improvements to enhance profitability.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Coordinate with suppliers and manage vendor relationships.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
