Job Description
POSITION: Restaurant Outlet Manager/Asst. Outlet Manager/Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Supervise
daily restaurant operations
, ensuring smooth service flow. Monitor staffperformance and productivity
, providing guidance and training as needed. Assist the Outlet Manager inmeeting sales targets and profitability goals
. Ensure adherence tosafety, hygiene, and customer service standards
. Managestock control and ordering
, ensuring sufficient inventory while minimizing wastage. Handlecustomer complaints and feedback
professionally. Coordinate betweenkitchen and service teams
to maintain quality standards. Assist instaff scheduling and shift planning
.Requirements:
Experience in
food & beverage supervision
. Strong leadership,team management, and communication skills
. Basic understanding ofinventory control and cost management
. Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
