POSITION: Restaurant Outlet Manager/Asst. Outlet Manager/Supervisor



Responsibilities:



Supervise

daily restaurant operations

, ensuring smooth service flow. Monitor staff

performance and productivity

, providing guidance and training as needed. Assist the Outlet Manager in

meeting sales targets and profitability goals

. Ensure adherence to

safety, hygiene, and customer service standards

. Manage

stock control and ordering

, ensuring sufficient inventory while minimizing wastage. Handle

customer complaints and feedback

professionally. Coordinate between

kitchen and service teams

to maintain quality standards. Assist in

staff scheduling and shift planning

.

Requirements:



Experience in

food & beverage supervision

. Strong leadership,

team management, and communication skills

. Basic understanding of

inventory control and cost management

. Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
